Welcome to SEO Fragments(“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seofragments.com, seo-fragments.vercel.app, and any related products, software, dashboards, or APIs we operate (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

SEO Fragments is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering 90+ web-based tools for search engine optimization, including AI content generation, keyword research, rank tracking, AI citation tracking (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), schema markup validation, and technical SEO auditing. The Service is delivered entirely through your web browser at the URLs above. There are no physical goods.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One account per person or organization. Sharing accounts is prohibited on Free, Pro, and BYOK Pro plans.

4. Plans, Pricing & Billing

We offer the following subscription plans, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis:

Free — $0/month. 5 generations per day, access to all 90+ tools.
Pro — $29/month or $290/year (~17% discount). 200 generations/day, hosted AI.
BYOK Pro — $19/month or $190/year. Unlimited usage with your own API keys.
Agency — $99/month or $990/year. 5 workspaces, white-label exports, API access.

Payment is processed by our authorized resellers and payment processors, which may include Paddle, Stripe, NowPayments (cryptocurrency), and manual bank transfer for certain regions. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added where applicable and is determined by the payment processor based on your location.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@seofragments.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate, host, or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
Create content that violates third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Generate spam, phishing pages, malware, or content designed to deceive search engines or users in violation of search engine guidelines.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract source code or AI model weights from the Service.
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service except as expressly permitted under the Agency plan.
Interfere with the Service, abuse rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content:You retain ownership of content you input into the Service (“Inputs”) and the content the Service generates for you using those Inputs (“Outputs”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Service.

Our IP: The Service itself — including its name, logo, user interface, code, tool registry, and documentation — is owned by SEO Fragments and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your chosen plan.

AI-generated content: Outputs are generated by large language models (primarily Anthropic Claude). We make no warranty that Outputs are accurate, original, or non-infringing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and determining the appropriateness of any Output before using or publishing it.

8. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

On BYOK Pro and Agency plans, you may provide your own API keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, DataForSEO, and other providers. These keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and used only to fulfill your requests. Costs incurred against your keys are billed directly to you by those providers; we are not a party to those billing relationships.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, DataForSEO, Stripe, Paddle, NowPayments, Resend, and Supabase. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or content.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS, SEARCH RANKINGS, AI CITATIONS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO Fragments, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or for other reasonable business reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEO Fragments is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
